Refund policy

 

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, considering all relevant circumstances.

 

Term Coaching: Make-up lessons are arranged upon request

School Holiday Programs: Credits are provided for subsequent Holiday Programs

Refund procedure

 

If a refund is provided, EFT is the preferred method of transfer back to client. All approved refund requests will be processed within 7 days.

Wet weather policy

 

The last week of each Term is set aside to compensate for any washout that may have been experienced during that Term.

Wet weather procedure

 

In the event of wet weather, clients are asked to turn up to their lesson as normal, unless advised otherwise by one of the AdvantEdge Tennis Team.

 

Clients will be notified via SMS, being the most readily available mode of communication, if they are not required to attend.

Make up lessons policy

 

Upon request, we will endeavour to arrange make-up lessons for any missed lessons during the Term.

Make-up lessons procedure

 

The Head Coach must be contacted to discuss the options around arranging a make-up lesson.

 

Make-up lessons being offered will depend on class availabilities and will often be offered on alternative days during the week. Hence, make-up lessons are not guaranteed.

AdvantEdge Tennis values your feedback. We are committed to resolving your complaints quickly, fairly, efficiently and courteously.

 

All complaints and feedback should be communicated via our Complaints Procedure.

All complaints are to be:

  a) directed to the Head Coach for consideration; and

  b) in writing ie. email or letter

 

Complaints will then be handled in the following way:

  1. Complaint will be discussed with all concerned parties;

  2. All information & facts will be considered by the Head Coach;

  3. The Head Coach will seek to resolve the complaint with the intention of satisfying all parties, where possible;

  4. Policy/Procedure surrounding complaint will be reviewed as part of our commitment to continuous improvement.
